203k/HUD Inspections

Work entails the following:

Initial feasibility study: Inspect the subject property to see if local codes are met along with accordance to the HUD/203k program guidelines and lender requirements.

Preparation of construction package for lender to include a detailed scope of work, estimate of construction and at the very least preliminary drawings depicting the work to be conducted.

Draw inspections are performed during the various phases of work to ensure compliance with the construction documents and to ensure funds are distributed in accordance with HUD program standards.
