Mr. Howard Dobelle is a seasoned architect with wide-ranging experience in design and construction for public transportation projects, commercial properties, and residential buildings. During his architecture career spanning more than 40 years, he has developed expertise in code compliance, accessibility analysis, and analysis of construction defects.

Greg Kogan, L.S.

Mr. Kogan has extensive experience (over 16 years) in the field of land surveying and its varied applications. He went through all stages of the surveying profession from instrument man to Survey Manager in one of the prominent Fairfield County Land Surveying Firms.

He is a licensed land surveyor in the State of Connecticut. Mr. Kogan is highly capable of providing boundary/property surveys, staking property lines, zoning location surveys, establishing high accuracy GPS surveys, construction survey and staking, as-built surveys, elevation certificates, topographic surveys, site surveys, ALTA surveys, certified survey maps, wetland delineation mapping, land use planning, area development and easement maps, amongst other specialties in the surveying field.

Scott Johnston, PE

Mr. Johnston is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Florida. He background is in land development of commercial and residential subdivisions, as well as environmental engineering. He has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FLas well as a Bachelors Degree in English and Philosophy Goucher College in Baltimore, MD.

Mr. Stanley Jurczak

Mr. Jurczak is a well-accomplished and experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in the evaluation of mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC units, frozen pipe conditions, soot damage and other mechanical failures. In addition, he operated his own mechanical company for over 30 years. Some of his certifications include master plumber, master pipe fitter, sprinkler contractor, certified oil burner technician, journeyman plumber, master heating and cooling, EPA-universal refrigerant technician. He holds a BA in Environmental Studies from St. John’s University and an MS in Environmental Science from Long Island University. Shawn has significant experience in the fields of occupational health and safety on various projects in the governmental and private sectors including conducting air quality tests for various United States Postal Service Regional Facilities throughout the State of New York, performing water sampling and analysis on the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel Project, and technical reviews of various Environmental, Safety, Occupational & Health regulations concerning use of various chemicals, MSDS reviews of NYC-Transit procured materials, PCBs, Asbestos, Lead and other OHS issues experienced by NYC-Transit Personnel. He also provided safety and health consulting services on the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s East Side Access (project totaling $7.2 billion). On the NYC DEP’s Tallman Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project ($500 million +) Shawn held weekly safety meetings, performed in-depth site inspections, conducted safety audits and implemented all safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Michael Dudek is an experienced safety and health professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. Mike is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor with extensive experience in both General Industry and Construction.

Ms. Gaynor, has 24 years of experience in various clinical settings including but not limited to hospitals, family practice, nursing homes, assisted living and hospice environments. She has considerable experience working in non-clinical areas including family practice, telephonic nursing, triage in hospice care, home health and case management. Moreover, she has significant experience reviewing medical records, doing chart audits so as to comply with rules and regulations for CMS. Ms. Gaynor is quite familiar with following the nursing process and applying the standard of care for nursing practice. She has been retained by both Plaintiff and Defense law firms in terms of reviewing their client’s medical records for any deviations or not regarding the standard of care in her industry. In fact, she has developed chronology or summary reports for cases. Furthermore, she has been educating lawyers and their paralegals on the medical terminology within the medical records and giving a clearer understanding regarding the events that are recorded within them.

She possesses an Associates of Science Degree in Nursing from Manatee Community College and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Theophilopoulos has over twenty years of experience serving as a medical doctor with a specific focus into children’s care and/or pediatrics. Joseph R. Samnik, Arborist

Mr. Samnik has been practicing as a consulting arborist for the past 55 years. His areas of expertise include arboreal and horticultural consulting, tree, landscape, and nursery valuation appraisals, tree preservation, and education. He has received numerous awards over the years including the 2004 Edward W. Bok Award for lifetime achievement and excellence in the field of arboriculture, the 2013 recipient of the President’s Award in recognition of outstanding meritorious service in advancing the principles, ideas, and practices of progressive arboriculture on behalf of the membership of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Florida Chapter. He has been retained as an expert tree and landscape witness in excess of 1,000 litigation-related matters and has appraised litigated matters of tree and landscape valuations in excess of $200 million. Mr. Samnik has worked on behalf of the Plaintiff or Defense typically with a balance of 50%/50% in terms of his workload.

Kenneth J. Griffin

Mr. Griffin has been a licensed electrician since 1992. During the course of his career, he has served in many capacities including as a foreman on numerous commercial and industrial projects. He has managed several electrical projects in excess of $10 million. In 1997, he became a master electrician. Due to his vast experience in the electrical trade, he is well-qualified to investigate various types of construction accidents including but not limited to electrocution matters. Mr. Griffin is well-versed in the interpretation and application of the State of Connecticut Residential and Building Code as it pertains to electrical work along with the industry-standard NFPA 70E (which addresses electrical safety) and best practices in the electrical contracting industry.

Erik A. Street, MBA, PE

Mr. Street has over twenty-five years of experience in the fields of engineering and/or project management. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Baltimore. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in multiple states including New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia (DC), Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

His diverse background includes serving as the site manager for a 550 bed university hospital on behalf of Honeywell, supervising the design and construction of new office buildings and residential complexes for various Department of State offices around the world, supervising the design and renovation of domestic and international A/E consulting firms for various projects on behalf of Marriott International, serving as the resident engineer for the construction of new facilities such as shopping malls and an office tower in Kuwait, serving as the building services manager for a portfolio of 15 residential buildings on the campus of Columbia University.

Additional work experience includes serving as the project manager for the construction of buildings such as schools, a recreation center and a chiller Plant on behalf of URS. Since 2011, he has served as a consulting engineer thereby providing design and special inspection services to his own clients

Mr. Condiotti possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Architectural Engineering & Construction Technologies from Front Range Community College.
 
Christopher is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and is a current NCEES record holder.  Christopher brings several years of experience to CLM as a structural engineer to handle a myriad of assignments involving design, insurance claims, and to assist our law firm clients with Plaintiff and/or Defense matters. He is well-versed in designing and evaluating the construction of both residential and commercial structures.

He is currently licensed as a professional engineer in many states including Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Montana.
 

Timothy M. Schrader, PE

Timothy brings several years of experience to CLM as a mechanical engineer to handle a diverse and large array of assignments involving design, insurance claims and to assist our law firm clients with Plaintiff and/or Defense matters. Moreover, Timothy has worked on large-scale projects involving floating dry dock facilities, the testing of jet engine systems, flood control lift stations and has designed cranes.
He is currently licensed as a professional engineer (PE) in the State of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
